The Valley Church exists to worship the sovereign Creator of the universe in all His majesty, splendor and great love with which He has redeemed us. It is a place where believers can serve, hear the preaching of His Word,  worship through the observation of the sacraments, engage in life-giving community, and offer praises in song.

We believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ in the Scriptures, discover their gifts and use them for God's glory.

Our aim for this devotional is to journey toward the Cross with purpose, reflecting on why He had to come and take the place that was rightly ours. We will look at the seven deadly sins, a means to peer into our own souls and invite the Holy Spirit to make us new. This will begin the Sunday before Lent and run until the day before Resurrection Sunday. Each day there will be a short devotional and a prayer at the end.

Here at The Valley Church, we take our time preaching through every verse in the Scriptures, book by book. It's imperative that we study God's word, reverently and diligently, preaching the rich truth and great mysteries of the Gospel of Jesus Christ as revealed on every page.
